Steve Wegh, CFO

A friend from college days, Steve was a natural choice for Bob when he was looking for someone to help run Plitt in the early days. Steve started with Plitt back in February of 1989, and has held just about every position in the company since then-even living above Plitt when it was still located near Fulton Market in a "loft space" he built himself. Steve spent a lot of years running the production end of things for Plitt, but moved into receivables toward the end of 1998, and into his current position as CFO in 2001

Steve has seen a lot of changes over his decades with Plitt, and it is this opportunity to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment that keeps him happy. He enjoys watching the company prosper, and takes great comfort in being surrounded by a great group of coworkers.

Steve loves spending time with his family (much of it in the car driving to and from soccer, baseball, and diving practice), and when he has some time to himself can be found on the tennis court, working on his ace.
