Fresh Fish

Although this is a rather complete listing of fresh fish that are available from around the world, a number of these species have specific seasons, and may not be available year round. Please stay in touch with your sales representative. We bring in the majority of our fresh fish whole, and custom process to order.

Crabs, Lobsters, and Other Crustaceans

From lively, hardshell Maine lobsters to exotics like Australian yabbies - our crustacean selection goes far beyond pasteurized crab meat (although we have plenty of great options in that department as well).

Shrimp

Choose from a wide selection of both wild and farmed shrimp, domestic and imported. We have a huge selection of shrimp sizes styles. We also often offer seasonal delicacies like ama ebi, as well as exotic options like huge prawns from Madagascar.

Squid and Octopus

Our Sailor Girl brand squid sets that standard for flavor, quality and consistency; but choose from a variety of squid options as well as various sizes of octopus, cuttlefish, and more.

Caviar

We offer a huge selection of traditional and innovative caviars and roes; from a classic American sturgeon to whitefish roes flavored with truffles, vodkas, and beyond! We work with legendary local caviar producers Collins Caviar, as well as with internationally recognized Tsar Nicoulai Caviar from California.

Smoked Fish and Seafood

Not only do we produce some of the finest hot smoked salmon, whitefish, trout, and halibut in house, we also offer a full line of smoked seafood from some of the nation's most recognized and respected smoked fish companies including Spence & Company, Ducktrap, and more!

Frozen Seafood

Modern technological advances mean that frozen seafood is tastier than ever! Often processed and frozen at sea - frozen fish is sometimes "fresher than fresh"! Nothing makes inventory easier than a case of ready-to-cook crab cakes or I.Q.F. tuna steaks ready to thaw and toss on the grill.
